What is the refund policy?

Refunds have to be requested within 30 days of order arrival. Tags must be in tact and clothing must not be torn or damaged for a full refund. To request a refund email contactus@ivorypilates.com.

Can I take a class with the founder?

Ivory Core is not associated with Sarah's Pilates instruction. To book a class with Sarah please visit her instagram page to contact her and her studio.
